his voice is bad ass from 1:20 - 1:34.... damn he held that for 14 seconds!

Seriously he sings ok if u rekon its only a demo

He sounds ok if you picture him like his old former self singing live only with 'less' people in the room

I doubt hell release CD with this voice cus he ll get major heat for that

i think the blues and betetr are qwickly becoming my 2 fav tracks from the album

After careful deliberation I have come to the following confusion:  Axl sounds fucking fantastic. 

I wasn't a fan of previous live versions and arrangements of this piece but chose to withold judgement until hearing a studio version, and I'm glad I did.  I agree with what others have said, this will be huge.  I will say however they need to fix the choppiness and rhythm of the first piano change, or at least add some accenting notes to cover it up, it sounds extremely sloppy.  (The part that occurs where the electric guitars and drums came in on the old arrangement)
