Wearing Manson Tshirts in UYI world tour by rose, "charlie don't surf" words on the back and The Spaghetti Incident's Hidden Track "look at your game girl" made me to mark my calendar to be informed about his Parole on may 23.



Having been denied parole ten times, Manson is currently an inmate at California's Corcoran State Prison, where he is to be considered for parole again on May 23, 2007. At his most-recent parole hearing, in 2002, Manson was denied release for a litany of in-prison offenses, ranging from drug trafficking to arson to assaulting guards.

did you know Apparently newer copies of "The Spaghetti Incident?" have removed the Manson song (is it reallt true?).  There was a big stink over this due to Manson possibly making money off of it (he had written the material before the murders and after he had been released from prison).  Charlie could have made $62,000 for every million copies sold, but in the end, it was decided the money would go to Frykowski's son (who has passed away since, so proceeds now go to Frykowski's grandchildren).

As much of a fan as i am of charlie(his albums are so great and he so entertaining ) I doubt he will be released .From the get go of his case he was villianzed as a murderer when he is in fact in prison for conspiracy to commit. never heard of someone getting the death peanalty for that( it has since been abolished)

 I dont however think that releasing him would be of any help to him or the society that needs him as its villian.. he will be denied on principle and i doubt at the end of the day the decision hasent already been made and may 23rd will not just be everyone goin thruough the motions ..

i thought some one else wrote it for Manson(like everything else, LOL), so he wouldnt get money for it because its in someone else's writing title.

i bought it on vinyl and it has it.... but it was like a "new" vinyl or so...

Charles Manson is only alive because the Death Penalty law in California was changed after his conviction (and not because of anything to do with his case.) As far as parole goes, anyone who would parole him, or even suggest it should be considered is either a total idiot or doesn't know anything about the case. The fucker isn't a musician, the only thing he ever orchestrated were some of the most grizzly murders I've ever heard of.

He wasn't denied parole for his in prison offenses, although they certainly have to list them before the parole board, as a matter of procedure. He was denied because he's a crazy s.o.b. who is exactly where he should be.

For all of you who have never lived in California, a person in a high profile case could never ask for a better place to go on trial (see O.J. Simpson and Mike Jackson as examples.) If they won't let him out, trust me, no other place in the world would either!

Any royalties should go to the families of the people who got butchered. Dumbest thing Axl ever did.
