what i mean is that if some users dont wanna use the full size its ok but i would really like to have the choice of 100x100 and upload some really nice avatars

I got a new pic of Robin, its size is quite small, but it couldn't be used as an avatar, the infor told me it's not an avatar or something, what's the problem?
