I'm not saying who did better version, but this is good. Scott's voice sounded good and a music of course was good too.

I thought that it was a great rendition!!    I wonder what GNR song will be peformed next? 'The General' perhaps!!   

Seriously it may be 'SCOM' I think that recent 'Sun' article mentioned that they'd been rehersing it just before the US tour.   

Call me naive but were the ex-GNR members ever prevented from playing GNR songs due to Axl's owning of the name?

OK, Slash says that he doesn't want to keep doing GN'R covers, and now they are doing ISE, Brownstone, and Patience?  And I remember him saying in interviews a few years ago (its on velvet-revolver.com somewhere) that they aren't going to do songs really closely associated to GN'R like SCOM and Patience and such.  What a fucking joke...these guys are trying to be a "new" band yet they keep on playing shit from their old bands!!!!  Why is that I wonder...hmm...could it be because their old bands material is better then a lot of their own material as Velvet Revolver?
