Scott Weiland promises at least one more VR record

in the issue of rolling stone(AFD 20th Anniversery edition), during the VR article, they basically discussed the bands instability inbetween contraband and libertad.

All the guys said they pretty much worked it out, but Scott re-assured that he will do at least one more Velvet Revolver record

Now this doesn't mean that he's probably not going to do anything with them after that, it's just what he's mostly sure about his future with the band.

That's good news(and please, all VR haters, please don't post in here, i'd rather not have conflict in this thread. Even though that's what half the discussion is about in VR threads).

i guess its a good thing... but if vr breaks up it will hopefully to have a reunion tour. but one more record is good.... chinese dem can be released... then  a reunion tour would be good

agreed to a degree.  my friend who used to get a hard on over VR said that after Libertad he was definitely re-evaluating them as a band and that if the next album is as bad as Libertad then he will disown them completely.  Like I said...they are losing more fans than they are making via Libertad.

It does not really convince me that VR are a band that are going to be around for a long time when Scott promises at least one more record.Libertad is not a very popular album amongst fans ,but then again you cannot please everyone though l guess.

Interestin' to see what kind of record they are going to do this time, I hope they go back to contraband kind of sound, I really liked that album. And Libertad is what it is...but good band and weiland too deserves one more chance.

I loved Libertad, and am really glad to hear that they're promising a new record, but the band as a whole don't seem convinced that they're gonna be around for much longer, since Scott and Slash have been saying all this shit about at least one more album, it just realy doesnt sound like they believe in themselves anymore.
