The easy comparison people might make to you is GNR. You guys kind of channel that, so when do you think Chinese Democracy is coming out?

Lizzy: I hope it's soon because I've heard a few songs ,and I really think it kicks ass. “Better” kicks ass. I'm a huge GNR fan, but it's too bad that Axl couldn't have called the band something else. He's still a cool guy, working hard, but please put out the album.

Nicki: We have a lot of respect for that band. We love those guys.


i think its pretty sweet atleast they have some backing from some younger musicians.

That's cool, but I still really don't know why people are still stuck on questioning why Axl is still calling it Guns N' Roses. It's him and Dizzy, so what. Look at these old late 70's early 80's bands out there like Styx and Journey. Journey don't have a freakin' lead singer now and have had 2 come and go in the last 5 years, and a different drummer. Styx, has two original members in it as well, and well they fuckin' suck but still it's just point, it's a name.

I saw these guys open for poison and ratt just a month ago and they blew it up onstage.  I hope these guys have a long career.  they play rock and roll the way it's supposed to be.  Imagine them opening up for gnr, what a show that would be.

Yeah, or Uriah Heep - a has been legend maybe (a still legend for some), where there is just one original member nowadays - and it is not the singer. Or Deep Purple - these five guys were like... unseparable? It wasn't thinkable to play without one of them? And now two of them are gone whereas one of them was Blackmore which is exactly like in GNR situation (a lead guitarist).
And I could name others. You know, the problem is that those bands release new stuff, unlike Guns. That's whole the problem - the "promises" made connected to no new music and years of silence - and here you go. And all the non-forum people know shit and are confused and believe every shit they read in the press...

i wanted to see them open up for Ratt and Poison so I could rock out to VOJ and Ratt (and hopfully see my idol John Corabi) then heckle Brett Michaels until he jumps into the crowd Axl style so I could kick his ass
