I don't know anyone who's died in an accident (not to say it doesnt happen) BUT, everyone I knows pays the $2,000.

So, where does all that safe money go?

Basic math. $2000 x (lets say) 50 years of driving = $100,000 each person could spend without seeing a dime.
Multiply that by millions. And I mean millions.

Subtract what companies actually have to pay out and though I'm sure insurance companies pay out a good amount every year, but I REALLY doubt its anywhere close to what they make.

Business is business. BUT, why is it people don't have a choice in the matter aside paying $2,000 or paying a little less from some other company. A little less like say... $1,800.
