Yep, it's true.
In a Finnish magazine called "Soundi" there's a short article about Chinese Democracy with quotes from random people in the music industry. It's too long for me to be typed but it basically sums up the history of the album, the leaks and live shows. At the end of the article they say that someone had sent them a Chinese 31-track double cd called "Chinese Democracy" which includes nine unreleased tracks. They don't mention the track listing but I believe they are the same old leaked songs. A picture of the album is printed as well but I can't find my camera to share the photo with you. Maybe later today. Or is there any other Finns out here with a scanner?

It's obviously a bootleg so maybe it's on ebay too.

(edit:) found it on ebay. Seems to be old news.
