I just received a pre-release version of Angel Down with Press Notes (by the way, Axl sounds great on Love Is A Bitch Slap).

In the press notes its says:

"The idea of recording together came up last year, when Axl asked Bach to sing on, "Sorry," a since-shelved cut he was working on for Chinese Democracy."

Don't know if it means that the Sebastian version is shelved or the whole song.

If you don't believe me about the advance copy, I don't really care.  I'm in the media, in Los Angeles, and my organization covers a lot of music - we did a cool live piece of velvet revolver a few years ago that people seemed to like.

As the album is water marked to me, i can't post files, but i will have an assistant scan some of the press notes so you know it is legit.

I apolozie if I came across as arrogant.  I wasn't trying to be "cool" - besides, I'm too old to qualify as cool any longer.  I just like good music, enjoy this site and thought i'd share some news with everyone as it seems we have been hard up for anything tangible for a long time now.

To the person who asked about Back In The Saddle -I'm listening to it now, starts with Axl doing a weird "owwww" thing then explodes with him and seb trading verses.  Its a pretty decent cover.

Axl is also on a third track, Stuck Inside (all three are in sequence tracks 3-5), but you don't even seem to hear him until about 2  minutes in.  Back in the Saddle and Bitchslap are better.
