Walky, I feel everyone on here who appreciates these interviews owe's you more than we could ever repay. Any tidbit of information concerning CD gives me a reason to get up and continue to go to work each day. THANKS ALOT...I MEAN IT DUDE.
I was not a huge Skid Row or Sebastian Bach fan, except for the three big hits, but after seeing him live, opening for GNR, he made me a believer. He rocked that show and had as much heart and showed as much energy as I was expecting from Axl. Truly a great performer. There was an aspect of an 80's feel to the show, but it was refreshing and worked out really well. His comments about the Rosemont Horizon being his first really big show was just awesome, and that he said it will never be the Allstate Arena (it's new name) to him, was wicked and made everybody warm to him right away. His voice was so powerful, and the songs everybody knew sounded exactly like the CD versions. I was worried he would steal the show. He was that good.
