he obviously lost his voice for awhile and has just been getting it back in the last year or so. that's why the album hasn't been ready for the last 10 years or so. atleast that's what i think anyway.

well not only that remember that he has to sing like what? 22songs? and those require very much from his voice so i would say instead of using his screaming/old voice all the time he rather focuses on hitting the notes (wich he hits more nowadays then back in the use your illusion days)

i very much doubt its drugs probably just a bad night we all get them slightest thing like a cold say and ure voice is comprimised to a degree and japan is humid and then add the fact he has been on tour for about a year at this point so dont read into it to much
