in the long run with the whole wait of Chinese Democracy and everything has this new GNR meant more to you then the original..has it grown more important to you..has it taken up more of your attention and your will to support the band..has it grown to that level?

ironically, yes. I was a big fan of the old lineup, but I began to be interested more around 1999, when the old band was already dead. so, yes the new lineup means more for me.

Better and The Blues have touched me deeper than any song I can remember, but Im pretty sure that When I first heard November Rain, or Estranged, I had the same feeling. Its just been a while.

No (not yet) but hopefully the things to come will change that!  Come to think of it, I did see more new line up shows than of the original band

I've only discovered Guns N' Roses 3 years ago and only became a real fan 2 years ago and I can say that New GN'R's music has a much greater effect on me than the original/UYI lineups

to be honest? Yes.

They were the first thing I ever heard about GN'R, via the 2002 VMA's and later bootlegs of the tour.
Never even heard of Slash when I became a fan of GN'R, that came when I started to get way more interested.

In a way yes. New GnR has had my full attention since the year i heard WTTJ from a random radio station. But the old band means to me alot. Their attitude and so son. New GnR will never take their place.
I am unconquerable.

What Ever! You mean Slash, the guy who wrote the hook in SCOM. One of the greatest songs of all time? Dont kid yourself, the casual GNR fan has never heard of these guys or better.

No, I could never love new GNR more than old GNR. It's even hard for me to watch the old videos and then watch a concert of the new band. But denial gets me through.  :) They are still awesome though.

You didn't even answer the question. And SCOM is not the greates song of all time. SCOM is most GNR fans least favorite song, myself included.
If you don't like Chinese Democracy, please pull your head out of your ass and listen again!
