exactly, sounds juicy, but he's 16. if the girl was 15 yrs, 11 months and 29 days old, it would "technically" be child porn - or just illegal or whatever. So its probably just tabloid spin. (i havent read the article so i could be wrong).

Id have to check up on the laws for that, but my reasoning would be a 16 year old can have sex with a 15 year old consensually so I dont think taking pictures would be considered worse.  Now if he posted them on the internet or something to that effect It might be different.

And Spaghetti Incident, lighten up bro, He cant control what a bunch of dickheads did outside of his house, he said hes willing to pay whatever damage has been done, so what if he didnt beg and plead with the press for mercy.

wow i did something like that last year but there was only around 100 people at my parents house and it got out of hand when a huge brawl broke out at 4 in the morning and like 20 kids were beating the crap out of eachother i cant imagine what 5 times that would be like. my parents caught me too because it was too huge a mess to clean up including a couple holes in the wall and beer stains all over and to top it off my neighbours mailed a letter to my parents, man did i pay the price haha luckily no cops were involved.  it was fun while it lasted.

I know it was his party. But he does have a point of not being able to control those people causing damage in the street. He was not the one causing the damage. There is noway he should be fined for the damage to the police cars. He was not directing them to do that.  Its kind of like having a party and someone shows up for a minute or two and goes into the neighbors house and kills them. I can't be charged with murder.
