It was ok... ish.

The camcorder aspect was clever and made you feel like you were in the heat of the moment quite well. Apart from that, the monster design was generic and the whole movie was riddled with weird inconstancies and errors.

Invincibility. For some reason the camera is invincible and the battery never dies (his phone battery does though).

The monster is also invincible and cannot be scratched by thousands of pounds worth of bombs from a B2. In contrast, the little ones can be pwned by a skinny 20 something girl with a metal stick. Maybe they should have thrown the invincible camera at the invincible monster? That might kill it....  :retard:

I agree with what ya say man, but well, here goes... Wouldn't we all agree that we would all charge the camcorder 100%, if you're gonna record a party and all that goes with it? Camera batteries today last up to 15 hours or even more. The whole, invincibility factor of it was ridiculous though.

And on the whole monster-invincibility wasn't actually something that annoyed me, if the monster did indeed appear from a deep trench it's skin must've been made by some serious crap to protect it from the pressure at those depths, hence, the physical stress cause by a bombing run may not have been enough to penetrate it's skin.

But yah, I like the movie, POV-movies like this could be the next big thing.. Thanks to the porn industry for introducing it to us mortals. Those tiny ones really freaked me out...
