« on: February 22, 2008, 07:14:38 AM »
For all of us that like to buy music, what did you buy last? For me it would be...

  • Aerosmith - Rocks
  • Zero 7 - Simple things
  • Jane's Addiction - Strays

I totally agree with you about downloading, useful for generating interest in a band but as someone who attempts to make music myself, I can see how established bands and even bands struggling with their albums sales must feel so hard done by by downloaders..don't get me wrong I download stuff too but I'll always buy the album too if I like the music.

Get yourself a copy of Follow the Reaper (Buy one preferably  ;) CoB are one of those bands fairly hung up on the whole downloading issue) Didn't like Hatebreeder as much myself as most of their other stuff,a few crackers on that album but everything on FTR is gold.Hatecrew Deathroll is great too

I'm thinking of getting into Buckethead a bit more so one of his albums is next in line..

Don't get me wrong i have heard other CoB albums i personally found that my favorite. Bucketheads albums are pretty awesome but some are full of interludes and such so its hard to listen to them in full if you want straight music.
I recommend Colma, crime slunk scene and electric tears :)
