Do we know who "My Hero" is about? i don't want to just go ahead and assume its about Kurt.

Oh no, it wasn't about Kurt, it was people Dave had in his life, ordinary people who did extraordinary things.

I just remember him say something like "i'm going to dedicate this song to a very special person, i think you know who he is" once at a live show..got me thinking.

I stopped downloading music a while back, I just like having the cd.

Recently i've bought:

Carcass - Symphonies of Sickness
Rush - Test For Echo
Devin Townsend - Terria
The Beatles - Help!
Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral

All pretty decent, gonna get caress of steel and the feedback EP by rush soon as well.

Is it any good?

for sure there's like 6 solid songs on there out of 10, great stuff.

The Colour and the Shape is one of my favorite albums ever.

for sure!  what an album, i was listenin to it a few days ago.  they recently made this expanded version that i plan on getting soon.  favorite songs are My Hero, Monkey Wrench, Hey, Johnny Park!, Wind Up, Everlong, February Stars, Walking After You,....okay, like all of them.

as for my last album, it was the new Bullet for my Valentine CD.  however, i wanna buy Taylor Hawkins' solo album.
