Before you kill any of them save the game!! I recommend you kill playboy cuz you'll get the penthouse + daywne as a friend. I first killed daywne but right after I just loaded the previous saved game and killed playboy

when you do the coke mission for Elizabeta, Jacob rings you and tells you to meet him and then you go and she takes the coke off you and you get another contact so ur working for the government

That the one where you gotta go to the old hospital and take out all them guys? if so I'm on that one now, first attempt I couldn't find my way back out and got killed by the cops so I went and did the one for Francis

hahaha yea best shot is to find a fast car and some armor, then tap Triangle or Y to get out of the car when you get there and aim it out of the car park and he'll leave the engine running, then kill any coke guys that get in your way but when you find your coke, don't kill the cops just run and get into your car and drive as fast as possible. cops aren't good around corners either.

lol that happened to me but my brother went to the locker room and got dress up like an (enfermera) don't know how to say that in English , is like the girls that work at the hospital, then he went to the room and disconnected one of the machines   go back and do it your going to enjoy it and the cops wont noticed the locker room is the right when you first turn right (i think.)

The best missions where working for packie and francis imo that bank robbery was one of the single greatest testorone roller coasters ever trying to do it at midnight, I actually miss them lol.

i like the missions where theres like a million enemy's and only u and maybe a friend for example the warehouse with dimitri when he double crosses you but nothing compared to revenge is a dish best served when u gotta go through a ship it reminded me of call of duty 4

yea i like those too, the first one i liked like that was the one with Playboy X when the cops trick you into selling some coke to them and you have to kill the SWAT team. they showed off their new cover/fighting system well. i'm on the 3rd time through now haha
