Has anyone heard the rumours that this Nikko guy dies pretty soon in the game like first couple of missions and the whole thing is a metal gear solid 2 set up.

or dies at the end and they're doing a prequel or side game.

The people at the GTA Forums must be smoking some good shit to be thinking crackpot up stuff like that.

PS3 will have a Mandatory 5 minute installation but will have access to the Sixaxis controller abilities to control the cars, boats, bikes and helicopters. meaning if you activate the sixaxis and wanna turn the car, just turn the controller. hopefully Rockstar as always will have worked it out and made it a great addition. also it works with the new Dualshock 3 controller.

I've no problem with the installation. I sat through the 20 min one for DMC4 and it'll mean faster loading times so it's all good (but wait- I thought there were no loading times in this game?)

Sixaxis could go either way. It could be a masterstroke or just tacked on. It's usually the latter and even personally for games where it worked (Ratchet and Clank), I often found myself switching the normal control methods. Though master it and you'll find how intuitive it is

yea me too, although to tell the truth, when did u last play a GTA game with something just tacked on. i think Rockstar would've done it properly or not at all frankly lol

Rockstar are masters at making a multitude of things work and with all the other awesome bits they've added (can't wait for the drunk minigames), I'm sure they'll give me a reason to wiggle my sixaxis for the first time in quite a while

Ricky Gervais - Office funny man Ricky Gervais is in GTA IV, as part of Liberty City's stand-up comedy club, and somewhere else he's not saying...

Speaking to free magazine Shortlist, Gervais revealed that he performs three minute skits of never-before-heard material in Liberty City's comedy club, as well as gags from his recent Fame tour.

The Comedy Club is one of several extracurricular activities you can get up to in GTA IV, as well as bowling, darts and yes; drinking.

"It's a first - which always interests me," he said. "It was shot in New York, my favourite place in the world, and I got to wear a tight lycra suit as part of the digital process. No, hold on, that wasn't so good.

"Unfortunately they captured the whole horror, except I look slightly tougher. It is seriously a big deal, though. Games have outsold Hollywood for the past few years so it's nice to be a small part of that."

The Comedy Club isn't the only place you'll find Gervais in GTA IV, he teases, but he's not saying where else he crops up yet.
