A Guns N' Roses fan has written an open letter letter Axl Rose, the band and their management.

The fan says that if an unheard song from "Chinese Democracy" leaks before June 21st, he will donate the remainder of his tax stimulus refund ($300) to GN'R or their management's charity of choice.

He continues: "The song must contain Axl's vocals and cannot be a remix of a song that has already been previously leaked".
