I think the songs need some tweaks but the majority are good enough for CD.

Songs that should be on CD:

Madagascar (With cleaner vocals)
The Blues (With less rasp in his voice)
TWAT (Chorus needs altering)
Better (Good enough as is although it could do without the fart noises)
Chinese Democracy (Good enough as is but I'd like the scream at the beginning to be better)

Other:

I.R.S. - A  good rocker but doesn't really fit with the rest of the songs.
CITR - A great song but probably won't be on CD
Silkworms - Live version sucked but an updated studio version could be awesome :rockon:
Rhiad - same as Silkworms

Listen to it closely and u'll see.
But the '07 version is different. Ron's rhythm is different and his extended solo sounds awesome imo. Frank does an awesome job as well.

Better - '07 LIVE version
Chinese - '07 LIVE version (with the intro scream)
The Blues - same as the leak
Maddy - same as the leak, but with new vocals (Maybe with Fortus on lead? Dunno)
TWAT - '06 LIVE version
IRS - '07 LIVE version
Catcher - Axl has changed it for sure, but i love the demo
Rhiad - New vocals, less Pitman
Silkworms - New vocals, less Pitman (Axl probably has changed the song name and the song itself)
