This song doesn't go with Gn'R energy. But.. I'm talking about the energy this band was based on.

I guess these days this boring, overdone, whiny vocals and mechanical guitar parts type song would fit Corporate Gn'R's style perfectly.

Sounds like a damn Madonna track to me.

Not sure why people think this song would sound better with the raspy vocals.
That is people think axl cant sing bc of that vocal style.
Take madagascar for example IMO axl sounds like crap on that and would sound much better with the clean style.

That's what I think also. It was a little hard to listen to at first after hearing it live (years ago). He actually sounded better live on the beginning parts of Maddy than on the studio version. :paranoid:That's my opinion anyway.

Are you crazy? Axl is probably the bane of the record company's existence at this point.

His attitude, which is either extreme perfectionism or complete laziness, is completely antithetical to the usual manufactured, corporate way of doing things were they put out an album consisting of some filler, a few by-the-numbers radio singles and maybe some covers, year after year.

You can accuse Axl of a lot of things but corporate sell out is definitely not one of them. If he was putting the record out for money, he would have done it a long, long time ago.
