I got it for Christmas and read half of it and stopped for a while due to exams and i just finished it last week!
It's a great book it reminds of "the Dirt"

Tt's bloody awesome. It starts from his childhood days right up to VR's Libertad trust me you need to read it

This is one of my favorite books, not that its written in a English degree aweomse kind of way, but because it made me expirience alot of what for me was one of the most influentials bands in my life, I loved it and i will re-read it soon im thinking.
I dont think it was meant to beone sided, but more like this is what he saw and tought and belived happened. I did notice themassive amounts of lack of  comunication wirth the band and that had to do alot in my opinion of the reason they had to break apart. But I also think and Im sure that Axl saw things and expirienced them diferent than Slash,It would be great to get to see form his point of view how things went sour. And I would also love to hear and read form what Izzy Expirienced.
over all i give it a A+

I love this book. Really bad grammar but the story in it, its just fantastic.

I loved the part on Guns n' Roses obviously, and i admit that i bought the book to know more about what happened in the break up.

I think after this book i'll have to wait for Axl's book to see which side im in

Slash doesn't know the spelling of Dave's surname...He calls him Kirschner...

the bad grammer kinda adds to the book in a way though, its not ment to be filled with huge words and great punctuation, its part of what makes it a good book
