I think he wants to be singing his new songs.
It was a tuesday in October and the pressure seemed to mount like the smileing faces of all those involved.

I don't specifically recall that show, but I do remember the soundboards for the shows at the Acer Arena in Sydney, Auckland in New Zealand, and the shows in Japan and he sounded awesome.

Both vocally very strong and you could tell that his heart was in it. Once the album comes out, I think we'll see an even better performance from Axl. The weight will be off his shoulders and the people will most likely praising his efforts for the past decade.

A happier Axl means a more talkative, more active, more inspiring Axl for all. Weeee!

Maybe I missed it, but is there a soundboard recording out for Ozzie Country (Sydney) or Kiwi Country (New Zealand)?
I asked BBF to give us the title of a new song and he said "Sorry sweet tits."

About the Brisbane 19th show he was pissed off at the start of the show as well becoz, as you would remember, but i don't remember exactly what happened coz i was their on the 20th lol.

Was it someone threw a beer at Robin Finck guitar or they booed Axl when he came on stage coz of him being late (although, it is Axl we are talking about) or something like that

He was awesome on the 20th, everything went down really well...best part of the show though was when Sebastian Bach kicked some idiot in the moshpit out of the venue becoz he was causing fights.

"Ok stop guys...Look asshole I told you that you don't need to be fighting hey...When Axl comes out he's not gonna like that. You know what, security, take this guy out. Yeah have fun listening to the show from the carpark. Come on everyone, say goodbye. Bye bye Cocksucker!"

I havent heard the show you are talking about but from my experience in the 2006 shows I attended I must say there is a big difference between attending the show and listening to him/the band live and listening to a bootledge. Quality is lost and bootledges dont make justice to the performances IMO.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Probably one the reasons no one can get Axl Rose to tour anymore and he sits in the back scared
because he's shit scared of St Louis repeat.

+ the man's knotched up the years so he aint going to be as energetic or wholly into it at 11pm at night especially if he's flying everywhere on his PJ an hour or two before the show as well

he didnt do to bad live. but as far as the album goes he's been lazy with a proper release since 1999 when he promised it at 2000 intentions.

yes 100%

in 2006 he was looking great sionging amazing and enjoying it

in 2007 he put on alot of that weight agen his voice was edging back to the 2002 style direction and i think he just wnated to get the rest of the shows out the way so he could prapare for the hopefull release

thank god the 2 concerts i went 2 were in 2006 lol
Would you do what i have done.
Would you go as far as i have gone.
What would you become

I thought he sounded great on 2007 from what I've heard, but the set list was pretty much the same in 2007.  I don't know why.

Although he did sing Don't Cry which was pretty cool
