I wish I knew the answer to that question with 100% certainty, but I do not. I don't think very many people could truly answer that question with any real guarantee.
However, I do know for a fact that Guns N' Roses will officially release new material this year. That's pretty good news... but you guys already know that. 
Edit: To answer the second part, yes I believe Chinese Democracy will be out this year, based solely on evidence that I have witnessed over the past 4 1/2 months.

I also think the moment is absolutly amazing...olympics, metalica, acdc etc comes out....revolution @ bringing back rock music, iam sure that because of all those rock bands bringing out a cd, will give a possitive injection for the future ! And besides that it gives gnr a nice slipstream in all those great cd's
