10/22/08: Tons of reaction rolling in on the new Guns song. I'm just happy it's finally out! Now people can hear this as it was intended and make their own decisions on the current version of the band and this CD which has been so anticipated. Nice that this is finally real and no more speculation and questions about when it's coming out! To celebrate the release of the song current Guns guitarist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thall will hang out on my Q104.3 show this coming Friday night. Bumble will sit in the entire show and co-host with me. He can be heard on Chinese Democracy. By the way, I'm told the solo on this song is by former Guns guitarist Buckethhead, who is still featured on a few tracks on the CD. Of course we will play the G&R track, get some calls from you guys, and who knows what else? Listen live on Q104.3 NYC or online at www.q1043.com. (www.eddietrunk.com)
