My english sucks and I am not one who listen well to lyrics but I thought / heard somewhere :

"Keeping your own kind IN hell....."  meaning that the leaders/dictators keep their own people in bad circumstances... Don't know if it fits or is logic but probably better analysts can or will react....

Good stuff, but who is to ever really say besides Axl? I've always felt that the lyrics were meant to mean different things to different people. Sort of like our own personal song.

I hope they'res been some work on Song 2 aka prostitutes stanza sequence although it sounds good cause Axl's singing it, it's a fucking mess  but then again it's a beautiful mess in a way i'd live with it if they didn't. My grammEr and puncuctation LOL (did that on purpose)  has been slipping down the spiral over the past few anyway.
