'Twas the Night before the Election
« on: November 03, 2008, 09:47:05 AM »
'Twas the night before the election and all through the town

Tempers were flaring emotions all up and down!

I, in my bathrobe with a cat in my lap,

Had cut off the TV, tired of political crap.

When all of a sudden there arose such a noise,

I peered out of my window; Saw Obama and his boys.

They had come for my wallet

They wanted my pay

To give to the others who worked not a day!

He snatched up my money and quick as a wink

Jumped back on his bandwagon as I gagged from the stink.

He then rallied his henchmen who were pulling his cart.

I could tell they were out to tear my country apart!

' On Fannie, on  Freddie, On Biden and Khalidi! On Acorn, On Pelosi and Ayers '

He  screamed at the pairs!

'They took off for his cause and as he flew out of sight, I heard him laugh at the nation

who wouldn't stand up and fight!

So I leave you to think on this one final note-

IF YOU DONT WANT SOCIALISM

GET OUT AND  VOTE!!!!

Funny man. I know all those people involved in the campaigns must be sweating bullets and popping all sorts of pills today.

Well, everyone part from the Obama campaign, since they're clearly going to win.

Just a formality at this point. They might as well get the brandy and cigars out.

both of them suck, but out of the two obama is a much better choice. Mccain if he would of chosen someone other than sarah palin then maybe he would of had a better chance

It's not over until it's over.

What the hell will I be eating? It's stupid to just sit back and say it's done already, when both of these guys have a shot at this.

So will I.

I will lol at the complete inability of America to elect the clearly superior candidate for the third time in a row. The whole world will lol at it, as they watch the decay of the Bush years continue further into the next decade.

Then I'll probably cry a little inside.

isn't any improvement for our current state of the country actually will turn out to be a socialistic idea?
What are your current thoughts about Kurt Cobain?

Yeah and our biggest economy in the world thing.

Remember that you're a union of many different countries. Its the only reason Europe as a whole means anything. For instance, what country are you from? The UK?

Want to start comparing big numbers now?

Oh and for the record.. I have a strong feeling Barack Obama is a socialist.  :shy:

And despite my producing a list showing 9 of the 10 richest countries in the world in terms of average earnings per person are socialist governments (and the other is an oil rich Arab state) where not only are the people richer; they also have free health care, longer life expectancies and vastly superior public services, you remain, like the majority of Americans, convinced that this is a bad thing.

even the republican party poll says McCain would need a miracle to win now

Stranger things have happened.  I'm not celebrating until the counter next to Obama's name says at least 271.  The polls told us Kerry had it won 4 years ago.  8 years ago Gore won the popular vote by a comfortable margin (544,000 votes) and didn't win the election.  It looks safe but I'm still scared.

No.  I should probably point out that not even Stalin asked that question before asking what the hell it has to do with what's happening tonight.
