94.5 The Buzz Chinese Democracy "The first 40 seconds... ...are crap"

I called the Buzz in Houston every day morning, noon and night to no avail. Finally, the DJ gave me a straight answer.

The DJ yesterday said, "Man I want to play it... I'm with you but the first 40 seconds of that song are crap. I'm with ya' man but the powers that be won't let us have that much dead air before a song. If you really want to hear it we are going to need allot more calls."

PLEASE people, lets get this song played in the 4th largest city in America.

they do know they can talk over the first 40 secs like most DJs do for long intros

most stations now are starting the song at those lound boombs

Just ask him to start playing it at like the 39 second mark. That's what the radio stations here in Arizona are doing. They just shorten the intro and start the song right before the guitar comes in.

i was wondering why the song was getting no airplay here.

i mean the whole 'weird chinese' intro is not for radio , i agree.
but i dont see why they cant cut that part out

My radio station here does skips the intro also..  Sounds to me like he is just making up excuses to not play the damn thing..
