Hey guys! I know I'm a bit of a lurker newb and stuff, but this is the song that really pulled me into the new G'n'R, so for months I've been trying to learn how play it on real guitar, and you know what? xD I just recently (five minutes ago) able to find out the tuning used for the song, and how to play bits and pieces of it! I'm tabbing it out as I type this.

However, the song is played in Drop A#/Bb (flat) tuning. Lower than Drop C. I'll post a bit of my uh, progress.

Dude, that's so low I'm surprised the strings don't just pull loose.  LOL.

Has Axl or anyone talked about this song's composition? Since Buckethead was gone when the lyrics were written, was this just sitting around as an instrumental or were there other lyrics originally? Or did Axl and the producers/engineers piece it all together digitally? Whatever. I love the hell out of it.  Very, very different but very cool.
