ouch, these mistakes must be quite painful for a perfectionist like axl, pretty ironic.

I was surprised to see there was no secyion that said:

Guns N'Roses is:

W. Axl Rose  Lead Vocals
etc...
etc,,,
etc...
maybe no one knows who is in the band for sure...

I would hate to be the people figuring out who gets how much based on their involvement...yikes!

You could say Guns n' Roses is W. Axl Rose, with some hired guns

none, he just made a guest appearance at 4th Hammerstein show in 2006, and totally butchered Nightrain.

Mistakes will probably be ok by the second edition of the cd.
The live pics gives me the sense of a real band that doesn't care about "Bon Jovi look-a-like pics".
Also, Bucket wouldn't appear at a studio shoot n' it was only fair to put his pic inside, glad he's at Axl's side I thought it was very cool. It's a shame Paul didn't appear but I guess it was his choice as he seems to be very shy n' recluse regarding popularity n' shit.
I also thought that Axl wanted the image the die hard fans were already used to about him for the entire world. A lot of people were still stuck with ol' Axl in Rio '01 or VMA's '02.
There ain't no "Guns n' Roses is" because this band is a living organism that has been changing since...its own beginning n' who knows who will be on tour! Also it's cool to see both Brain n' Frank. A shame Josh didn't make it in the recorded drums.

A band is not a revolving door of muscians.  I'm not sure if you've ever been in a band, but it consist of individuals, not a organism.  If this is now Guns n Roses and nto Axl solo, then I want to know who the hell are permanent members.  None of this two drummer shit, is Robin in GNR or NIN.

I see your point, but sometimes it works really well, for example John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers (first with Jimmy Page, later Eric Clapton, then Mick Taylor etc.) or look at Queens of the Stone Age, there is a different line up on every record.

I noticed a ton of interesting things in the booklet, might as well try to keep them in the same thread...
Errors in ... (blablabla)

Keep finding errors/interesting stuff and I'll add it to the list.

notice that Axl thanks Doug Goldstein two times in the booklet ... rirst row near the end, second row in the middle
NO MORE LEAKS!

The cover art is fine but the lyrics and thank yous are such a mess!

English is not my native tongue and still I could find so many mistakes...

How in the world can you put out such a good album without giving thought
to the booklet? It's beyond belief that nobody in the crew noticed it.. after 14 years!!
Instead of thanking 200 people, please give us accurate lyrics!

Maybe next time :)
