As a rule I don't think we care about sales, the charts are a nonsense over here in the UK. I mean, this week's number one was being sold for £3 less than the number 2 in supermarkets. If Chinese Democracy had been going for £5.88 on its first week, things might have been different. Why we care about Chinese Democracy's sales is because we're all anxious for the future. It affects our chances of seeing further GNR releases, or possibly even hearing a single word from Axl in any capacity ever again.
