Guitar headphones
« on: December 12, 2008, 05:25:46 PM »
Hi guys, so i'm sick and tired of everybody jelling at me to stop making so much 'noise' with my guitar. So i'm planning to buy a headphone to plug in to my amp. And i can't have it soon enough. So i rlly need u guys to help me pick a good one.

So far i'm interested in the sennheiser HD 435, theyre about 50-60 euros and i wouldn't want to top that price by much. Is the sound quality of these headphones ok? And i was reading reviews and alot of people were talking about how uncomfortable they were...

any help appreciated!

thanks

If you can stretch it, go for the Beyer Dynamic DT100's......they're the industry standard headphones...if you've ever seen pictures of rock stars wearing headphones in the studio, it'll be those.

Good sound quality and comfortable as fook.

Sony MDR-7506  are great. They're professional studio headphones, but only cost $100 U.S.
They were standard at the radio station I used to work at and I use them when playing guitar.
Also, the 1/4 inch jack unscrews and can be plugged into your computer or mp3 player.
