actually it looks like some photoshop filters and than a little bit of art work,
but I could be wrong, even after 10 years of working with photoshop you can be sometimes really suprised.

you think that it's a photoshop work?? you're wrong ;) i draw since i 'm 3 years old...and i don't know how to use photoshop lol
