I have read this post several times and all I have to say is; If Axl is lying I buy into it alot more than I baught into Slash's book.  At the beginning of his book I was getting mad at Axl, but near the end I started to see through what he was saying and his attacks on Axl became very apparent.  Then I was angry at myself for buying into Slash's bullshit,  for that I apoligize to Axl Rose because it became apparent to me who was lying and who was telling the truth.

I stand by this statement very much.  Since I posted it I reread Slash's book and I have also read the most recent book about GNR called "Watch You Bleed".  I dont know the authors name but the book had some really good insight compared to other GNR books I've read.  From all that I have read just about all former members of GNR say that Axl Rose is loyal and honest to a fault.  And I believe that if you listen to Axl's lyrics his honesty is very apparent.  Does Axl have faults? give me a break, anybody out there who doesnt please throw some more stones at Axl, me, and the rest of the real people who are a member of this forum!

what rocker of axl's stature will get on a forum and talk with his fans?
none that i know, most brush off.
this shows his heart for his fans imo...

i read slash's book and thought slash was a bit of a feral bogen for running around breaking things in the middle of the night ect. LOL anyway i always wanted to hear axl's side of things so thank u axl for laying it down here for use. Hope axl u put out a book soon, ill buy it for sure. oh come back to australia sometime that be great. thanks for the read
