How are YOU promoting Chinese Democracy?
« on: December 29, 2008, 11:41:21 PM »
With all the negative reviews surrounding Chinese Democracy (With exception of credible and legitimate magazines and news organizations) I am finding ways to promote the hell out of this album. Here's what you can do as well!

 1. Blast the shit out of "Sorry" in your car stereo. (Preferably 11, not 10)  ;)

 2. Ringtones! It may be a small gesture, but where else can you get "Better" heard in restaurants and churches.

 3. Buy about 7 copies of Chinese Democracy. 3 for you (digital, compact disc, vinyl) and the other 4 for anyone you  know who claims "it's not the same Appetite (Well no shit Sherlock) " or its " Axl's solo project (We wouldn't be so lucky) or "It's not the same without Slash (Really what about Izzy, Duff, Steven, Matt, Gilby, do you even know who they are? )

These are three things I've done and it seems to be swaying the masses in my world. Until the tour rolls on, radio grows some balls, and music video's begin to play in rotation, we'll have to wait to tell everyone I told you so.  But rest assured that day is coming....

Out of all the songs I've played to the nay-sayers "Better" seems to always instantly get their attention, so yes I have a "Better" ringtone to hook em in. Then I'll unload the Sorry, Prostitute, and TWAT ringers!!!

Its all part of the plan...................

I downloaded all of the leaks.

When CD came out I bought one CD copy and one Vinyl copy that comes with the digital download for myself.

I ordered a cool GN'R shirt online, then bought the CD shirt at hot topic, after that I ordered a cool New GN'R flag poster.  Recently I ordered two new shirts from the merch site.

I plan on buying another copy of CD for a friend and more shirts for myself.

I loved the leaks, absolutely LOVE the album even more and I am totally promoting it by wearing the shirts and bugging even the most anti-GN'R Axl hater friends of mine.  Hahaha.
