this is what Steven Adler was doing when GN'R was touring UYI.

he is hell of a drummer. i think it was a big mistake of GNR to fire him. anyways, he joined the band Vain, which they later renamed to Rodecrew and here are they playing live, and he's playing are awesome if you ask me.

and check the songs on his myspacepage http://www.myspace.com/stevenadlersite  listen to these songs, he is drumming on all those songs and if you ask me he's doing a great job (on or of drugs). he wrote the drum parts for most UYI songs (slash's book says that they were all ready when matt came) but still matt gets fucked up much UYI credit from fans and it isn't fair if you ask me.

everyone's always saying that he can't drum anymore cause he's such a junkie, the truth is that he is one of the best drummers you'll find alive (and i am a drummer myself so i can tell).

i just wish he could have laid of heroin for about 2 weeks longer then he did back in 92 and roadcrew might have released an album.





Steven get fucking sober, start a real band, release new albums and new songs and make your fans proud!

Where is the keep satisfied track from?  Its not on the EP.


BTW can anyone upload those couple adlers appetite unreleased songs that were on the myspace a while back?

i think most would agree that he's the best GNR drummer by far

lets just hope he can now, i really want to see him in anotger big band. well there's not a possibility that that band can be compared with GnR but i mean something similar with VR. maybe with Baz, Zakk Wylde and Nikki sixx or something.

I agree Steven is the best GNR drummer.  Technically, no, but he is the best fit for the rock I love.  Get well Steven, you are a legend! :rockon:

Steven rules the drums but honestly in those vids he was probably higher than a kite on brownstone cuz he dont play wasnt playing that great sober which is why he was fired.  :'(

for example the guys from Dream Theater or Steven Wilson of Porcupine Tree which both I consider superb to GNR (DT musically wise, PT artistically wise) but I highly doubt anyone cares about music like this here. but you asked, here's your answer.

Um..its not about writing music sober its about playing it without being on drugs. Steven was so strung out on heroin that using it was making his drumming abilities suffer...ask anyone my friend.. that's why he was fired.
