i think it's some virtual thing.
my teacher installed ASIO4ALL on the ocmputer and it worked after. so i installed it now again (after the windows reinstall) and it still isn't working.
anybody know wht it could have been tht my teacher could have done with ASIO4ALL tht made the guitar work through line in?

You're probably best asking at the ASIO4ALL forum...

It sounds like its something to do with your mixcraft software. I've never used it though....

In Logic though, theres a section to select the core audio device...Line in, Interface, built in microphone etc..maybe your device has been re set when you reinstalled the software.

Do a systems check and then google drivers
