It's truth. AC/DC are better than GNR in my own opinion. ONly band that is better than GNR though. Usually those who say all AC/DC sounds the same are the ones who don't listen to music enough.

I've listened to music every damn day since I turned 13 and could buy my own music.  Before that I had to listen to my Dad's country&western and 50s music, so I dont think I fall into this category.

And those same three chords have proven to be very successful.
Its 2am, I'm tired and my minds a bit hazy but uh, Black Ice, wasn't that the same album that done better than Chinese Democracy!?
If GNR were more successful than AC/DC then they could at least match the sales or even just be a little bit lower than the Back In Black sales.
And AC/DC did step out from their usual, Rock N Roll Dream and Ride On for example.

Sales???  Is that really what decides it for you?

I am not a GNR fan because AFD sold 28 million or so copies or because GNR has sold over 100 million records, I am a fan because imo they are better than mainstream rock n roll bands.  They didnt put out unmemorable records just for the sake of releasing records for a greedy record label.

I like AC/DC but I dont love them.  I have seen them in concert and they put on a great show.  I have Black Ice, its the best they have put out in many many years.  But Guns N' Roses they are not, thats why I am on this forum talking about "Better" and not on an AC/DC forum somewhere discussing Rock N Roll Dream.

Like a cliche 'Don't you try and stop us now'? or the meh at best If The World?
It takes out all the big guns on Chinese Democracy too, including your precious This I Love.

I totally and respectfully disagree.  Train sounds more like a B-side from Back In Black to me.
