SLASH's Wife Calls AXL ROSE A 'Loser'!?

Perla Hudson, wife of former GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Slash (real name: Saul Hudson), has responded to a newly published interview with GN'R singer Axl Rose in which he describes the top-hatted axeman as "a cancer."

Addressing the possibility of a reunion of GUNS N' ROSES' classic lineup, Rose said in a friendly chat with his pal, songwriter Del James, that was posted on AOL Music's Spinner.com web site, that it was "highly doubtful for us to have more than one of the alumni up with us at any given time."

"I suppose (former bass player) Duff (McKagan) could play guitar on something somewhere but there's zero possibility of me having anything to do with Slash," Rose said.

"In a nutshell, personally I consider him a cancer and better removed, avoided — and the less anyone heard of him or his supporters the better."

As a post script to a message posted earlier today (Saturday, February 28) on her official MySpace blog, Perla wrote, "Have any of you seen that angry shit that Axl had to say about Slash? I just wish he was man enough to talk shit to Slash's face! ...LOSER!"

Axl - i mean seriously - what a poor excuse of an interview.
everybody hates him - and everybody's his enemy - but he tries to do his best poor axl - etc etc etc.... but it's taking him 20 years to do an album. Seriously - i could understand a year or two of legal complications, but 14 ?
He's highly egomaniac and acting like a little $^#$^# !
Appetite was near perfect - out of the 2 illusion you could take 1 good very solid album - lies/l.l.a.s is goody. Then after that it's mostly crap. Chi-dem has 3-4 good songs and just doesnt have a good chemistry or a good "sound" - not talking about the recordin Q ! Talking about the attitude n the songs... it's fizzled out !

Guns was a trainwreck. now they're derailed. Either osmeone should get em back on track or we should forget about em.

There would need to be the guitarist n the singer there for a band to maintain it's identity ! (All other people are easily replaceable) So get on with it. Get a good producer - heck if i were they - i 'd hire D.Child, and a couple of ppl who could pen a hollywood rock tune - and put my best effort on the table to and make a multi-gazillion selling album !

Honestly - the fans want more of the old stuff. Who'd be headbanging to IRS ? none ? P.city is another story ......tho ! I wouldnt mind This i love - live .... but that's as far as it goes. A couple of years ago, GNR played better - and i though WTF ! w/o the shannon hoonish vox - this would have been good - but they totally ruined a good idea !

Hey - ppl hire me and if you do i could get this train back on track ! (I think !)

I dont see why she is getting upset, its the truth!!! Slash is a cancer. I also just love how for years everyone told there side of the story and bashed Axl, but now Axl tells his side which is more truE than the other sides and he gets bashed and called names for it.

Agreed, this whole thing between Slash and Axl is pathetic.
Axl needs to really get over it, Slash has praised Axl in interviews yet Axl keeps dissing Slash at every moment he can.
For now, I do agree with Perla.

And yeah, at the moment, GNR is a joke.
No one knows whos in the band, theres two drummers, one of the MANY guitarists in there who is touring with another band and a little kid who could be possibly joining.
Its all a mess, its kinda hard to take them seriously right now.

I don't know, form the point of view of the public, from what we can see Slasher and Perla always extend the olive branch while Axl shoots it down, I mean I give Ax the benefit of the doubt there is more to this than we know but in the eyes off the public he looks quite childish
