DUDE THESE ARE FAKE AXL ROSE LIVES IN CALIFORNIA NOT FROM ILLINOIS ANY ONE CAN MAKE THEIR LICENSE PLATE AS LONG AS SOMEONE DOESNT ALREADY HAVE THE SAME ONE IN THE SAME STATE
