well currently in australia,
there was this footballer accused of raping a 17 year old, and he blames the alcohol making him do it,

so I think with all  rules across the board (steroids in mlb included) they should get fined
20%+ of there yearly income + 10 game suspension.

Surely that would put a stop to it, make the fuckers pay.

They should set up a second league that takes only players on steroids, then they should permanently ban the players and they will go to the steroid league.
