Should Canada have Bush arrested/prosecuted?

Canada's law requires its law enforcers arrest any person suspected of torture and or war crimes. Bush is well... yea the past 8 yrs are more than enough proof. Gitmo, Abu Ghraib, water boarding... He should be arrested and prosecuted. What do you think?

what does invading America have to do with anything? Its the law they have in that country to arrest and prosecute (or extradite to a country that will prosecute ) any person suspected of torture and war crimes.

Well, how are they going to arrest him though?  Invite him to canada under the pretence of a friendly picnic?  A Canadian law enforcement officer can't just turn up in Texas and say "Georgey boy, you're under arrest for being a dick to other humans, now get in my van and i'll drive you to Canada so we can put you in jail."  The only way it's going to be possible is if they invade and do it by force.  Do you really think that's going to happen?

I take it you dont watch the news.. Bush is in Canada right to deliver his first paid speech as former president. The issue is should Canada arrest him once he crosses the border.

but on a serious note i doubt canada even in canada would have jurisdiction to imprison an ex US president (even Bush) for terrorism regardless of where he is.

the only way canada could arrest him is if he flew a plane into <insert famous canadian building here> and parachuted prior to impact
