There are a few more sites that talk about it, this one seemed the most credible.

maybe this will have axls side of the story, you guys know we will be featured in this behind the music? they would have to mention the visit to the gnr boards. lets hope "axl answerd questions from disney to the old band"  gets said on air.

Yeah but I wouldn't read into the Axl edition of BTM as a sign the VH1 thinks the album is a solo project. I think its more of the fact that they already did a GN'R BTM that Axl refused to be a part of. I think its more of the "getting his side of the story" and about whats going on presently.

I would love to see Axl talking about the past, present, and future.  I mean damn havent we all seen enough of Slash on VH1s Top 100 rock songs, VH1s Top 50 Heavy Metal songs, Anvil The Movie, the GNR BTM, and any other place he can get face time?  He seems to all of the sudden be the expert about everything rock n roll past, present, and future.  I don't have anything deeply against Slash, but after I read his book I realized how subtle he is like the snakes he loves so much.  While he seemed to be giving Axl all this credit for his talent he was really tearing Axl down and placing the whole blame of what happened square on Axl's shoulders,  we all know that both sides are guilty of something.
Anyway, I look forward to hearing Axl's side officially if he really decides to do this BTM.

And just like grim ascension prophecies
My revenge carved deep will be
A grisly plot that reads
Like my filthy white ward spattered with their screams
When My Deviliverers come from fog for me...

this is a good sign I would say .. the best buy deal is up in May so the wide release will be soon there after .. and it is safe to say that there will be new packaging for sure (with the Grenade shirt being released)  This could actually be part of  a new ramp up campain

I really doubt Axl is going to talk though .. unless keeping quiet like this has all been part of the plan .. but it is hard to be believe the "plan" theories anymore

I have been thinking alot lately  that there may be alot more to things then alot of us fans realize let alone want to talk about ..think about it .. no one in the band seemed to have known what wsa going on at any given time, Axls rants and interviews are all over the place, it took forever to get this album out ,from the interviews we have read this was from many different reason steaming from Ax..   maybe there are some health reasons  why he stays away from the Camera and media these days..   what if HE IS like howard hughes now or some shit

Lets walk a mile in Axl's shoes and then lets place judgement on him.  Until then lets give the guy that we joined this forum for the benefit of the doubt.......
