          Speaking to Doug Elfman of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Slash confirmed that he had heard about Rose's latest
tirade. "But you know, it's one of those things with him," Slash said. "It doesn't really affect me at all. At this       point, it's starting to become a little bit — he's just sort of like — whatever."

Slash added, "It's been a long time. The fact that [Axl] has anything to say at all — it's like, 'Whatever, dude.' It doesn't really matter."

Ok, so Axl doesn't care about Slash, Slash doesn't care about Axl, then stop fucking talking about each other

In my opinion, non of us has the right to say who can do or can't do stuff. This is not our problem and we are not being ask for our opinions. Shouldn't we just keep our thoughts to our self just to not damage anyone's reputation. After all this will only keep this minimal things hanging around and will not help at all.

Slash can't accuse Axl of being the warmonger here. Slash has been repeating his claims and bloody writing a book about it, while Axl has, for the most part, been keeping quiet. Then Axl opens his mouth ONCE and suddenly Slash starts to paint himself as the respectable I-dont-gossip guy. Of course, Slash is clever. He knows 99% of the world is sick of hearing about all this, so if he can actually twist the truth 180 degrees - and make it seem as if Axl is the blabbering prick who won't shut up, and Slash is the private person, who'd rather bury the subject - he can once again paint Axl as a loser. And unfortunately, he does stand a chance (among casual fans at least), since convincing people that Axl is a blabbering prick fits perfectly into the image, he has painted of Axl all along, and it'll be easier to believe that than to change one's understanding of the conflict much more radically. hope it doesn't work, though

yeah you're right. he did write a book.
3 - 4 years ago. and published it. 2 years ago.



i don't know how to break it to you but time has gone by and Slash hasn't said a negative word about Axl Rose in years.
