Why was RoseHudson banned?

I have come here to ask why RoseHudson was banned, he genuinely has no idea what he was banned for and wishes to return. If you will not lift the ban will you atleast say what the account was banned for and whether or not it is a temporary ban?

when rose logs im the message "Sorry rosehudson, you are banned from using this forum!
spamming the picture thread/ acting 5 y/o/ ignor warning " the last time any threads were spammed was several months ago and rose apologised to Sean for it via PM and stopped.
