actually I dont think that's him tapping.. it sounds more like a effect 
I think bumble is just playing those bends that go pretty much along with the melody

From an interview: "If I remember right (barely remember anything more than 5 minutes ago, haha) it was one of the first songs we worked on. I played all the solos - the fretless solo followed by the fretted solo,
the end tapping stuff and the bends over it - also the rhythms throughout the song with all the riffing in them."
From a pm: "All I didn't play was the industrial whammy-pedal guitar that does the intro and the octaves (DD CC DD FF) in the choruses, and there's the guitar with a filtered sound playing the verse/intro riff )I'm playing a differen't part in the verses, the looser one that follows the vocals...)"
