From what I gather he's going to try and use them to get other songs he knows are out there.

We'll have to wait and see.

I'm really tired of waiting for things to happen but hey ,for this, I'll wait.

But in this case, we know there is an end product. Time will tell, but I guarentee the fans/community actually get something.

Just a little patience.  :)

why do all the guitar only tracks have that annoying drum tick tick tick tick tick.  Is that from the game??

also, the tempo is waaaaay off... again, is that from the game?

The tick tick tick is there when they manually/analogyily get the track from the game. It's not there in the MOGG on RB2.
As far as the tempo... I'm not sure about that.

I think you're psychologically thinking it's slower because the drums are missing. Songs sound way slower without drums.
Without the specific file you're talking about I'm not sure, but I think you're just thinking it's slower because the beats are gone.

Hey guys, sorry to bump this thread, but does anyone have the entire Chinese Democracy album mogg (encrypted).

I'm going to take another look at these, I have someone that might be able to help me, hopefully i can get something out of this.  I just need the encrypted files (no longer have them).  Thanks.

There are only a few available. The only full .mogg's are:

Shackler's Revenge
Prostitute

There are also some files that include the CITR Guitars only, Sorry Vocals only, CD Vocals only.

He's talking about the yet to be cracked Moggs. I had them, there out there, pretty easy to find.

I've looked all over the place.  I have the links, but the originals are dead (from echoingthesound).

They closed down the multitrack thread over at ETS so I'm kinda screwed unless I can contact the original uploader, or have someone here re-up it.  I need these files.

No, I don't.  I would still like them if you can provide them.

I've researched the progress done on these files, it sounds like a very complicated problem and something for Xbox hackers to figure out.
