Well evidently seeing as we've made it fairly clear we'll blow anyone off the face of the planet who does try to do anything about it.

It does become kinda difficult as well when the rest of the world won't allow your nation to have an army and calls any attempt you may make to create and arm one as an act of terrorism and grounds for bombing your people.

And I can't believe anyone would make ANY type of excuse for sending rockets into schools and hospitals or blowing up INNOCENT CIVILIANS on crowded streets. Thats just the fucking lowest of low. Its not warfare at all.

I guess you haven't been following the campaign to have the Israeli army tried for war crimes for blowing up uh, schools and uh, preventing injured civilian women and children from getting medical treatment?

Or care about the fact that the majority of the Palestinian people want a 2 state solution where Palestine and Israel exist side by side?

Further, I always thought that arabic countries do not accept the state of Israel.
There used to be a pro Israel position of most western states, I believe. In the past (8 ?) years or so, that has changed. I noticed a lot of interviews on TV with Palestinians and Palestinians who live inside Israel: there is clearly something wrong in every aspect. The people interviewed truly seemed to be in a "waiting mode", sitting on a rock in the dirt, unable to do business, or make money, leave one state, because they could not travel back in, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. and both sides in the interview, Israeli (civilians) and Palestinians just were so tired of the violence and just wanted to live in peace (together), they had even joined in groups. I saw this on european TV (not CNN).

This was at a time when there was still hope, and before one got way out of line and even was told to calm it by our president.

Nemo: All of your argument is good.. but thems the breaks in war. You can look through all of the history books to read shit like that. Can they live side by side? I think that would be hard because of not only the Palestinians, but also the surrounding Muslims who might even off the Palestinians for chumming up with the Jews. They need to divide the land a little and draw some new lines on the earth. Jerusalem stays with the Jews though, they won it last. And we have to stop giving both of them cash and let them live on their own.

Sean.. not sure what your point is aside that there's violence in Iraq. Regardless of what anyone says, I feel the average Iraqi citizen is better off now than he was a few years ago when he could be shot in the street for no reason. I'd rather have bad terrorist roaches here and there than live under a jerk like Hussein's iron fist. At least they can fight back now.
