GN'R is the reason I got into rock music, so it's my favorite band. But I got into the 'new' band before into the old band so it's GN'R 2001-Present > Old GN'R for me

Guns N' Roses is Always Guns N' Roses as long as the legendary rock star and frontman Axl Rose is alive and in the band and no matter if it's new or old.

I would rather see Axl take his band into the grave with himself than releasing it into hands of some stupid people who are producing the same music shit time after time. (u know what I mean for sure  )

and back on topic; I think this is a silly thing to make a thread like this when most of people if not all of them come to this forum because GN'R is their fav band of all time.

the only two things THESE TWO BANDS  share is the singer and the name. old guns is my fav of all time and has been since i was fucking 10 but new guns is just on my top 10 list. the name shouldn't be used because both it isn't the Guns N' Roses everybody knows AND because it weakens ChinDem along with Axl's own career.

i found it funny in a recent interview with Angus, he was asked something like "how does it feel to release the same album 10 times" (dumbass interviewer saying all the AcDc albums sound the same) and Angus answered something like: "10 times? dude it's at least 20"

Not necassarily, some have shown in here that GNR arent their favourite band, and me personally, I joined to get updates on the album, not cause they're my favourite.
