the only thing that i heard about the pic is, that he got checked by some security or something alike on some airport in the u.s.

he had a fragile present with him (maybe in some bag or such) and he told that security man about it. though that guy acted very careless towards his luggage. maybe one could say respectless or provoking without any reason. well being axl rose may be a reason for some people to act like this ...

that guy didn't stop and axl, worried about that fragile present said something like:

"STOP it! STOP it, or I'll punch your lights out! Right here and right now!"

well that's some retarded provocation towards him and sometimes it's really hard to stay calm, when someone provokes u that obviously. but regarding axls reaction, that guy succeeded in getting the reaction, he wanted to force axl to make.

then he got arrested. afterwards he had to pay some fine above a 100.000 dollars, if i remember correctly.

I tell you once more:
This is only what I heard or read about it.

so what do I think about that story regarding this pic?

one can only speak out of ones own experiences. so from what i lately got in my life somehow related to a situation comparable to some pic like this is:

to me he looks somehow depressive, like being played on really bad by some authority. the depressiveness or looking burned-out can b explained, if u get into this situation when being 'innocent', but yet being tricked into a reaction as told above.

To me this story sounds quite plausible.

to be really sure about it, you should ask himself onto what really happened! :)

I've seen the police report for the 1998 arrest. It used to be on The Smoking Gun but it's not there anymore.

Shame we never got the mugshot from Sweden in 2006
